My practice specializes in therapy for the following:  ​abuse, affect dysregulation, anger, anxiety, attachment trauma, authenticity, avoidance, bereavement, career and work transitions or conflict, boundaries, coping skills, coping with a diagnosis, death and dying, depression, developmental trauma (ie: childhood or family-related trauma), disordered eating, dissociation, divorce and separation, embodied or existential concerns, familial conflict (current), identity issues, intergenerational trauma, intimacy and relationship, life dissatisfaction, PTSD, self-states/emotional-states, self esteem, self-harm, sexual abuse/assault, situational trauma  (ie: accidents, injury, surgery), stress and so on. Issues related to substance abuse or addiction are often co-treated in 12-step community, SMART, or MAARS.
